In a multigenerational workforce, leaders embrace diversity among their team members in order to meet organizational goals. In this course, you will develop new strategies for establishing respect, learning from one another, meeting diverse needs, recognizing unconscious bias, and looking for common ground to create a productive workforce among your multigenerational team. The leadership principles taught in this course apply in all situations including but not limited to onsite, virtual, and remote working conditions.
