Workshop Description: At the executive level, leading change isn’t an event—it’s a discipline. Executive Development: Leading Change equips senior government leaders with the insight, tools, and foresight to champion transformation across programs, policies, and people. In an era of rapid disruption—from technological innovation to evolving workforce expectations—leaders must be prepared to guide their organizations with confidence, clarity, and strategic intent.
This high-impact workshop blends change leadership theory with real-world federal challenges. Participants explore the psychology of change, stakeholder alignment, resistance mitigation, and how to foster a resilient culture that embraces innovation and continuous improvement. Through advanced case studies, peer discussion, and self-assessment, executives develop a personal strategy for leading through uncertainty—while anchoring change efforts to mission, values, and measurable outcomes.
Learning Objectives & Topics Covered in this Workshop:
• Understand the internal and external forces of change and a leader’s role in helping others through it.

The 360 Assessments: Built upon the OPM Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) framework, the assessment measures leadership behaviors that directly align with federal expectations for leading change, leading people, driving results, building coalitions, and demonstrating business acumen.
Unlike generic corporate surveys, this instrument is tailored to the realities of public service leadership. Participants receive confidential feedback from supervisors, peers, direct reports, and, when appropriate, stakeholders—providing a comprehensive view of how their leadership behaviors are perceived across organizational levels.
